St Sebastian's promotes excellence and equity for each child through our student-centred approach.  Data is used to assist individualise and differentiate learning to ensure the progress of each child.  Through acknowledgement of the importance of the development of the whole child, teachers ensure that students flourish as learners as they develop their academic, spiritual, physical, emotional, moral, social and cultural domains. The development of these skills encourages our students to be active and responsible participants in society. Our learner dispositions, assist to create lifelong learners who are active and informed community members as students learn to create, explore, reflect, become organised and collaborate with others.
